Mayra has a BBA with a major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico. Her professional experience includes private business and public accounting firms, among diverse industries such as professional services, wholesale and distribution, manufacturing, construction and non-for-profit. Her expertise areas include business plan and valuations, financial internal control and efficient plans. Mayra is a Certified Public Accountant.
Winda León
Accounting/Tax Partner
Winda earned her BBA at the University of Puerto Rico, with a major in Accounting in 1992. With over 25 years of experience in taxation, litigation support, and accounting, she supervises the accounting and financial outsourcing services group.
Harold Ortiz
Tax and Consulting Partner
Harold earned his BBA at the University of Puerto Rico, majoring in accounting in 2008 and a Master's Degree in International Business at Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico in 2016. With over 12 years of experience in taxation and accounting, he supervises the tax and consulting services group, including Federal, State and Local tax compliance, tax planning and equalizations.

Rafael earned his BBA at the Interamerican University of PR, majoring in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Rafael is also Secretary of the Board of Directors and Investment Advisor Representative of Financial Asset Management.
Andrés Morgado Nacer

Andrés earned his BBA, Magna Cum Laude, at the University of Puerto Rico (UPR), majoring in Accounting. He also graduated from the National Trust School ABA Program of Northwestern University, the College for Financial Planning in Colorado, and the School of Law of the UPR. Andrés is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Personal Financial Specialist, and Certified General Investment Representative (Series 7).
In 1993-94 he was recognized as Distinguished CPA in the Banking Industry, and in 2004-05 presided the PR Society of CPA's. In addition, Andrés is a Member of the Board of Directors of United Way of PR and the PR Society of CPA's Foundation.
Fernando A. Navarro

Fernando earned his BBA with a major in Accounting and a minor degree in Internal Audit from Louisiana State University in 1989. That same year, he aced all four parts of the CPA exam, obtaining the second-highest grade in Puerto Rico and passed the Certified Internal Auditor exam. As a result, he is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor; but also, a Certified Financial Planner, Personal Financial Specialist, Certified General Investment Representative (Series 7), General Principal in Securities (Series 24), Series 63 Uniform Securities Licensed Agent, and Disability, Health Services, Life and Variable Insurance Authorized Representative.
He was selected as one of the America’s Top Financial Planners by the Consumer's Research Council of America in multiple years and awarded the Zenit Finance Award of the Chamber of Commerce of Puerto Rico and the CPA Distinguish Community Service Award.
Fernando is a founding Member and Ex-President of the Board of Fundación Hogar Niñito Jesús, a founder of the Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneurs Committee establishing the Teodoro Moscoso Annual Entrepreneurial Award. He was also an Associate Professor of Accounting at Universidad Interamericana.
